Bluehills Estate is in the prime location of Upstate New York in Dutchess County - the Estate is surrounded by beautiful farms providing local produce making our retreat Chefs more than happy. Produce served to our guests is mostly local, organic, and fair trade whenever possible. The dairy, meat, and produce we source is from New York’s farmers here in the Hudson Valley - the absolute finest.
